Hi,
Please tell me which version of MATLAB have BJT.
I have downloaded Matlab R2018a but couldn't find BJT.
Please help me out. Thanks in advance.

It seems like you're trying to find BJT components in Simulink, specifically for modeling NPN and PNP Bipolar Transistors. You're correct that searching for "BJT" directly in the Simulink library won't yield results because the blocks are named differently.
Instead, you should search for "NPN Bipolar Transistor" and "PNP Bipolar Transistor" in the “Simulink” library. These specific blocks represent the two main types of Bipolar Junction Transistors and are used for modelling and simulation purposes in electrical systems.
Make sure you have the “Simscape Electrical toolbox” installed, as it contains these components. You can verify your installation by checking your MATLAB toolboxes using the following command.

"NPN Bipolar Transistor" is available in "Simscape / Electrical / Semiconductors & Converters" library in the Simulink. Check this link for more details. It was introduced in R2008a, as mentioned in the "Version History" in the same link.
