Connecting Hardware To Host Computer

Hello Everyone, I am trying to connect ADI RF SOM to the host computer for my project through Communication toobox support package for Xilinx Zynq Based Radio. I followed every step as prompted by the setup procedure but still in the below step the LEDs are not glowing. I tried every possible step given to resolve this problem but Still the same issue. Is there any other way to solve this issue.

Note: the Board is working fine and the LEDs are also fine

Have you had a chance to go through the troubleshooting steps outlined in this document?

Additionally, could you please share the output and behavior you observe when you follow the steps in the guide?

Also, just one more suggestion, I assume you are using the Communications Toolbox Support Package for Xilinx Zynq-Based Radio. This support package is compatible with MATLAB versions from R2014b through R2023b. For MATLAB R2024a and later, support for Xilinx Zynq-Based Radio is provided via the SoC Blockset Support Package for Xilinx Devices. Therefore, if you are using a newer version of MATLAB, please consider using the updated support package.
