Programmatically filter ports in Architecture View

I am tying to programmatically create architecture views based on the value of a sterotype property.

When using the interactive view I can add a port filter; and successfully filter the ports in the view based on the value of the property.

Programmatically, I can successfully filter the Components in the view using the code below. However, I can not work out how to also filter the ports programmatically.

Any help appreciated.

Query = contains(PropertyValue("SysModelProfile.BaseStereotype.Feature"), 'Feature1');

model.createView('Feature1',...
 Select=Query,...
);
