how to send a message (five characters) to another node if i know the coordinates of that nodes

suppose i know the coordinates of two nodes on the 2d graph now i wish to send a message to hello source node to destination node and destination node send acknowledgement to source node he gets the message

This does not appear to have anything to do with MATLAB.
What does it mean to send a message from one node to another "on the 2d graph" ??
