Problem with matlab function block in stateflow in large project

I do not know if there is a some topic about my problem, but I don't know the exact words I have to use for finding it.

So if you know any other posts where this problem occurs - just post them :)

Now, let's come to my problem:

I am working on a large project in the model-based design workflow and have different subsystems in simulink using a mix of stateflow logic, simulink and matlab function blocks (in simulink and stateflow). The weird thing is, that sometimes after I work intensivly in one module with stateflow, the content of the matlab function block used in the same stateflow charts just empties. This is frustrating since I have to see where I get the old function content. Maybe anyone also tackled the same problem and has any solution for this.

I am using MATLAB version 2024b.

This sounds unexpected and needs to be troubleshooted further.
