segmentation for touching handwritten numeral string

I'm sorry but unless you have a much more specific 'MATLAB-based' question, I'm guessing you won't get many responses here. If you could mention what algorithm you intend to use, and have specific doubts in it's implementation, you will definitely get more answers.
