How to get SUVmax and SUVmean from DICOM archive

Hello everyone,
I'm analysing some DICOM archives and I have to get the SUVmax and SUVmean but I have no idea about how to do it. I know that I have to consider the MBq but I'm not sure how to get it.
Could you help me?
