how can i classify eeg data

i have raw eeg dataset of left and right hand motor imagery downloaded from openvibe site. i have attached my code for feature extraction of data. the result is signal plot in power spectral density. now i want to classify the data into left and right hand motor imagery. can somebody suggest code for classification. i tried neural network and svm but no luck. please help me with this.

can somebody tell me how to separate data into training and testing test.
