3D convex hull plot

I have three sets data:
x1=1,y1=6,z1=8 & x2=7,y2=11,z2=20 & x3=15,y3=22,z3=35.
I want to plot a 3D convex hull in Matlab 2014b, which shows the projection of the surfaces in each plane (x-y, x-z, and y-z). The axis x contains x points, y shows y points and z includes z data.How is it possible?
