Can I download and use demo version again?

I downloaded demo matlab demo version with Vehicle Network Toolbox 2.3.

As I know, I can use demo version during one month.

Can I download and use same demo version again after expiring this demo version?

I would rather suggest that you get in touch with your MathWorks Account Manager (==Sales) about that. There are a couple of options. Creating a trial extension is one option. But maybe you cannot make your purchasing decison, as you need technical help. Then the account manager can bring you in touch with a specialized MathWorks engineer.
