how to get data from .txt file containing both characters and numbers ?

I am trying to use import tool to get data from .txt but it is not working. I have tried developing a piece of code to perform this but I am unable to trace the variables in workspace. I wish to develop a uitable to insert the data found within the text file, individual columns and its data. I kindly request anyone from the team to help me guide through the functions involved or suggest any hints to be followed ?

Are the columns delimited by space, comma, or tab? Is the text only on the first line, the column headers? How many columns are there?

Please given an example of the first few lines of the file.
