Why i am getting this error ...? please help

Subscripted assignment dimension mismatch.

Error in lens (line 40) FINAL_INTENSITY(i,dex)=(INTENSITY_IN_MLA(i,index).*transmitance)/100;

Type the following at the MATLAB prompt:

dbstop if error

Then run your code. When the error occurs the program will pause in the debugger. You can then examine your variables to see what the sizes are and why you are getting the error. That will allow you to back trace through the code to see why the dimensions are not as expected.
