How can i measure Signal-to-noise ratio(SNR ratio) in the measuredl time data signal using MATLAB?

I have strain signal measured form strain gage, it is time data set of 10,000 length(Sampling frequency=1.2kHz). As noise in the signal are unknown,Is it possible to measure the Signal-to-noise ratio(SNR ratio) in MATLAB? If yes, can you please show the method?
