How to model stress relaxation of spring and dash pot system (parallel or series)?

I want to stretch the spring dash-pot system (parallel) with defined velocity and want to measure tension produced in the system. Image shows my model, after simulation I am getting the error: Initial conditions solve failed to converge. Equations of one or more components may be dependent or inconsistent., how to solve this problem, please help. Thanks in advance. (Model image is added in comment below)

Force sensors are effectively "zero-resistance" components that should be connected in series, and not in parallel. By connecting this sensor in parallel, you've effectively "short-circuited" the network, which is why you get the error.

Instead, try connecting that sensor right next to the velocity source if you want to find out the combined force needed to stretch the spring and damper. Otherwise, you can place the sensor next to the spring or damper individually to get its required force.
