DNA encryption algorithm-cryptography

I am implementing DNA encryption algorithm:

This is what i'm doing..Taking the user input converting it to ATGC format and sending to another matlab terminal..And decryption takes place..My code works only for even length of string,but not for odd length...i know the solution to do it ,but when i give odd length string,it gives me following error:

Caught "std::exception" Exception message is: Message Catalog was not loaded from the file. Please check file location, format or contents

what do i do now? please suggest me..
