How do I reinstall the Student version of MATLAB which I previously had?

I recently had to reset my computer wiping my computer clean, and it uninstalled the MATLAB software from my laptop. I don't know where to go from here, but I know my account information, so theoretically I should still have access to the software I bought, yes?
