how to create a matlab function in simulink?

i`m working on ldpc code and i`don't want to use the matlab block for encoding i want to design an encoder of my own and put it as a block

You have a MATLAB Function block in Simulink.You can place that block in your model & on double clicking it you can write your function inside.
