matrix indexing using vector

hi guys,

i need your help for the following problem:

given a matrix of unknown dimensions, vector of coordinates and index which represent dimension i need to get all the coordinates which are "equal" to vector except that the index's element in them starts with one and ends at the length of the dimension represented by index.
