Obtain variable from running simulation

Hello,

is there a way to obtain certain variables during a running simulation?

I would like to plot a few arrays without having an output in the sfunction block.

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately I don't understand, how I can extract certain variables from a sfunction block without any outputs for these variables.... Please help me!
