Discrete Signal Generator needed

I need a descrete source to send via CAN Bus continously to feed my testing system. The only way I could do is sending the can messages from Matlab with a predefined mat file or an array of data. I could not find any descrete source in Simulink. The main purpose is to simulate an inferared sensor. Any idea?
