cdf requires a probability density function, which you do not appear to provide.

Your signal looks to me as if it is a subselection from a larger signal; if so then it would be improper to attempt to estimate a PDF. If your signal is intended to be defined strictly over that interval and 0 elsewhere, then at least in theory you should have some Heaviside step functions.
