implementation of pv inventer algorithm using simulink and code composer studio

hi ,i build a project pv-inverter control for a solar panel using simulink and code composer studio ( just in simulation mode ,coz i have no hardware) simulink interact and generate c code for code composer studio . but i dont know who to send command (algorithm ) from code composer studio to my simulink model in order to control it i'm using tms320f28335 board in code code composer studio 3.3 and matlab 2009b thanks in advance :)
