poisson random variable for 2d array

Hi, So far i have been using poisson random function to give it a value of mean and the dimensions of the matrices to give me deviates around the mean. Now i want to give it a set of mean values (let's say 3x3 matrix) and would like it to plot the deviates of the means on the plot. Function i have used so far : r = poissrnd(5,3,3) plot (r)
