Why is cluster shade and information measure of correlation1 negative?

Hello...I have used the function http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/22187-glcm-texture-features/content/GLCM_Features1.m in order to calculate the textural features..Cluster shade and information measure of correlation1 have negative values...Does anyone knows why is that happening?
