How to access Von Karman Spectral functions from Matlab prompt?

Hi, I have an old piece of Matlab4 code that calls the "VKARM(f,l,V); % two-sided von Karman spectrum" function. I am not sure whether this is a user-defined function or whether it came with one of the old toolboxes. However, as I have the Aerospace Blockset (Simulink) I was wondering whether (and how) I can make a library call to access the Von Karman turbulence spectrum as implemented in the Simulink blocks. The Aerospace Toolbox does not seem to have turbulence models.
Any help is appreciated - it would save me some time programming it myself.

It appears the source for vkarm was published in https://www.researchgate.net/publication/277290181_A_MATLAB_program_to_study_gust_loading_on_a_simple_aircraft_model

Erwin,
Did you ever find a work around to get vkarm? I have the same problem!
