Hi, I have an old piece of Matlab4 code that calls the "VKARM(f,l,V); % two-sided von Karman spectrum" function. I am not sure whether this is a user-defined function or whether it came with one of the old toolboxes. However, as I have the Aerospace Blockset (Simulink) I was wondering whether (and how) I can make a library call to access the Von Karman turbulence spectrum as implemented in the Simulink blocks. The Aerospace Toolbox does not seem to have turbulence models.
Any help is appreciated - it would save me some time programming it myself.

Hi Walter, I could send you the report (it is also found elsewhere, publicly), but I am afraid this will not help you. As I said, the mentioned function is not listed in the appendix, all others are. Hence me trying to find the workaround by accessing the (Simulink) libraries from the Matlab prompt. I am not sure whether that is even possible. Alternatively, I will program the function myself, but it is not that easy. Thanks for all your efforts, though! Cheers, Erwin

Erwin,
Did you ever find a work around to get vkarm? I have the same problem!
