force variable names in codegen

Is there a way to force the codegen app to create the C variables with names of myy own choice (rather than the codegen's choice. Specifically, I have a matlab struct that is used an input to a function. When I use codegen to convert teh function into C it creates a typedef of my struct with a name such as struct0_T. I would like to change the struct name to a name of my choice directly from the codegen app. Any ideas? thanks.
