How to open, load and modify .seq files?

I am looking for any suggestion in order to open, load and manipulate .seq files, that came out from a camera acquisition tool. They are just videos and I would be interested in any suggestion regarding how to sort out of them images in any format (ideally, .tif or .raw). Thanks!

I never heard of that video format, but see if the VideoReader() class can handle it. If it can't, then you're going to have to write out a different format or else find, or write yourself, a reader for that type of file format.
