An error of that form historically has implied that an anti-virus program is interfering with the download. Kasperov has been especially implicated.

Hi, There is no antivirus installed on my computer. MATLAB was initially installing upto 14 % on my system and then suddenly net gone and after that when net was made available, I was not able to install MATLAB even though I had made number of attempts after that.
Also, I am not able to open mathworks website on my system where I am installing MATLAB.

The fact that your computer has no antivirus software doesn't seem to be very safe. But regardless, what happens when you pressed Yes on that dialog to redownload the file about which the installer complained?

Whenever I press yes the same window opens again and again (attached figure).

Can you open any web site? Or just not the Mathworks web site? I believe you need internet access to download and install and activate the product.

Either anti-virus software intefered or else you are out of disk space on C: drive (or you do not have write access to your temporary directory)
HOW TO GET RID OF THIS.. I HAVE ENOUGH MEMORY IN DISK SPACE C.

You could try temporarily turning off your anti-virus.
