“License Manager Error -9”（ 许可证文件中的用户名​与您的用户登录（基于​用户的许可证）不匹配​）的错误

我使用的学校的使用许可证（学校和mathworks签署协议，将其产品作为教学和学术研究之用，注册账户时必须使用学校指定的教育邮箱才能注册使用），本人注册时不小心将软件用途填成了学生使用（正确的应该是academic use，而这个账户注册后就不能修改注册时填写的用途信息），导致安装完成后，无法打开软件。报错为，请问这个问题该如何修改？
