How to implement symmetrical uncertainty measure to find non random relationship in data

I have a set of data with 7 columns measured from different sensors on a machine. I would like to implement symmetrical uncertainty to find non random relationship between the data.
Symmetrical Uncertainty is defined as U(X,Y)=2*I(X,Y)/(H(X)+H(Y)) where I(X,Y) is the Mutual Information (H(X)+H(Y)-H(X,Y)) H(X) is the entropy =-summationp(x)*log(p(x))
Can someone please help me, i need to understand the probability to use for my data.
