Hey all; Below is a code I wrote in R and I want to write it in MATLAB. Any one can help?

    IC1= (-B-sqrt(DD))/(2*A)
    IC2= (-B+sqrt(DD))/(2*A)
    if (A>0) {
      rej_fi=rej_fi+(Theil0>IC2 | Theil0<IC1)/nrepet
    }
