Sound frequency spectrum estimation

Hi, I have to files across.mat and toward.mat inside are the sound of a helicopter when thay are flying over a field. The speed of the helicopter is constant.

I must determine the speed of the helicopter using the Doppler shift, but i must use a parametric AR methode when i will estimate the frequency spectrum.

Can anyone say me how to do that?
