old simulink code does not run!

Hi everybody, I do have an old Simulink code, which is programed at 2000. I do have all the pieces and parts copied exactly how they are, but still it does not work. My first guess is that there are few changes between the version which the original code is developed (2000 possibly), and the version which I am using (2012), or there is another problem which I cannot figure it out. For example there are two functions Omax and Omin which I do not know their application, and also there are few errors regarding these functions (not a Matlab function ....) Here is the Simulink block and codes. Could you please check the code and let me know what is the problem? Any small help is appreciated in advance! Best wishes
