simulink simscape power systems

I am taking a course in basic electric circuits where we are required to model basic circuits with MATLAB Simulink. I have MATLAB R2015b and do not see simscape power tools in my simulink library. If I do not have the proper addons to simulate circuits with my MATLAB + Simulink student package, Could I have a link to purchase the proper toolset?

In R2015b, this is called SimPowerSystems, but same thing...

Hi, would you know if I have to update to R2016a for the addon to work for me if I buy it off of the page you linked, or am I able to buy just the addon and it will work with my copy of R2015b?

I believe you should get the addon for the same version you're using (R2015b).
