Can I change quantization interval in time?

I use matlab(simulink) and multi bit quantization. But, I want to chagne quantization interval in time. I don't know how to do it so please help me!!

It's not called quantization in time, it's sampling time. Just set the sample time you want

Thank you, but I don't mean the sampling time. For example, if quantization level interval is 1V , I want to change interval 2V in few seconds later.
