i've to develop a MATLAB code for the following attached expression: where,

N = 4, 
alpha = 0;

beta = 0; 

x = 0.655;
j=0:N, i= 0:N

   hj = [2, 0.6667, 0.4, 0.2857, 0.2222]; 

   wi = [0.1, 0.544, 0.711, 0.544, 0.1]; 

    xi = [-1, -0.655, 0, 0.655, 1];

kindly help me in developing this code which comprises of two summations.
