Finding the maximum value in a program

I have a variable X=[.01 .02 .03 .04 ....100] Y=[.01 .02 .03.........100] Then for each X,Y variable i get H and W through a algorithm

W=[1 2 3 4....100] H=[-1 -10 -9 -8 -7 1 ........]

F=Heavyside[H] Z=plot(W,F) Area=max(trapz) I want to know at what X,Y THE AREA UNDER THE HEAVY SIDE IS MAXIMUM I am not getting to how to loop over these values efficiently
