Using intel Atom as xPC target

Is the Intel Atom D510 (or any other atom) cpu supported as an xPC target processor?

I would like to use the 'SUPERMICRO X7SPA-H' as a target PC, the network chips should be compatible, I'm just worried about the CPU.
