How to plot eye diagram if you save the eye traces (.mat file) form modulation analyzer?

I saved the .mat file for eye diagram from optical modulation analyzer (OMA) , I used eyescope command however i am unable to plot and even unable to export? Is there any other method to plot eye diagram from the traces that I saved ?
