How to find the PSNR and MSE of ground truth binarized image with original rgb image

i have implemented a binarization technique and i want to know the performance of my method so i need to find the performance evaluation methods like PSNR, MSE and F measure, i have goon through with these methods and facing a problem i.e. the ground truth image and original input images are different types, please suggest me the code for this problem and find the attachment original input image and ground truth binarized image....
