Urgent help, how to plot two groups of data and mark them with different color using MDSCALE?

I have two groups of data, e.g., A and B. Both of these data groups are of high-dimensions, 10. A group has about 100 points and B group has about 5 groups. I want to plot these two groups of data into the same figure using mdscale. Moreover, I want to mark group A and group B using differnt colors. How to do that? Thanks
