Reformulating equations for state space representation

So I have the system of equations that are in the image below:
In this set "p" is the differentiation operator
I want to build a state space model out of this in simulink with the v* and ωs as inputs and i* being outputs.
Is there a way to extract the A B C D matrices out of this system via matlab without having to do it manually(and making mistakes)?
