Camera not getting recognized in matlab even after installing all the support packages required for it.

I have this camera http://www.amscope.com/3mp-usb2-0-microscope-digital-camera-software.html and it works fine.Earlier I didn't have the image acquisition toolbox,now I installed all the support packages required for the image acquisition but the camera is not getting recognized in matlab and I don't know why?

Why did you not come all the way up to R2016b? Why did you "upgrade" to an obsolete version???
Are you using Windows? Does Windows see it? If not, MATLAB won't see it either.
What does your hardware browser in imaqtool look like?

AddOn: "Image Acquisition Toolbox Support Package for OS Generic Video Interface" will help.
