“Invalid file identifier error” when attempting to run a Simulink program on Arduino Uno

Hi all, after installation of Arduino support package, I successfully tested reading and writing signals on Arduino Uno board with MATLAB scripts. But when I attempted to use Simulink for standalone execution, I failed to get running even the most simple programs (as the one in the figure attached) and I just got an “Invalid file identifier error”. I’m using Matlab 2015b on a Windows 10 PC. Thank you for any suggestion-
