MATLAB File Association fix failed

I get an answer for MATLAB File Association from this link within MATLAB MATLAB File Association Fix https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/51165-matlab-file-association-fix
But it is giving me an error in line 161 [Failed to create registry file]
Can anyone help PLS?

You probably need to Run As Administrator for that.
