third party xy label

hi there, i'm to scatter plot X,Y values. if you see the xlsx file i have attached, it has four columnst, X, Y, and H. I have plotted a scatter plot which is shown in sheet 2. I want to label each pair of xy point with a pt label OR/and H label. for example where in the plot pt 1 is (257.04,897.72) i want that point label to show 1(for point 1) or the H value(634.05). is it possible by any chance? I have tried going to the Layout>Data Labels but i can only get it to display the series/x/y

i was thinking one solution could be since when i click to show series name... all points show "series 1" beside them;maybe some how i can have each pair of xy value as an individual series so point one can show series 1 and point two series 2 and so on. but i have 115 points making each pair a series INDIVIDUALLY...too much work!! or is there a short cut? can this be done in matlab somehow? any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance. cheers
