Create a ".tir" file

How can I create a ".tir" file out of the parameters I get from a testing rig ?

In the picture you can see the parameters that the testing rig scaled.

Google tells me that .tir files have something to do with tires and are a text format.

1. Find out how a .tir file should be structured
2. Save your data using that format

You could always check the file exchange to see if someone has done it before.

It looks to me as if you have to know whether you are using the original .tir file format or one of the revisions.
