How can I vary input vector length in the Lsim Command?

Hello, I used the tfest command in order to create a transfer function. If I want to apply a certain vector to this transfer function with the lsim command, it needs to be same size as the vectors for creation of the transfer function. Is there a way to circumvent this without manipulating the length of the vectors by interpolation? Regards W
