I'm not able to change my password. My new password satisfies all the conditions, but the website still says mine is invalid.
Thanks.

My Mathworks password is so simple it wouldn't pass now, but they don't preexpire it (Mathworks doesn't do this though). One thing I hate is companies who expire your password without telling you. On so many web sites, if I don't log in after a certain amount of time, they expire the password. They don't tell you they did, telling you that you did not enter the correct username/password pair making you think you're an idiot because you're not entering the right characters. However I know for a fact it is correct because I write down the password and the last date I used it and am careful about case. It happens all the time, more so with some particular companies.

@IA - Yes, the new TMW-issued PW is randomized; I simply meant that value as then the default for the given account. I've tried at least a couple times, the last not long ago at all...

I recently changed my password with no problem, to a fairly complicated string.
Are you on this page, while logged in to your account?

I am using Chrome on a Macbook Pro running Yosemite. (Also, I turn off ad-blocking software while on the MathWorks site, in case that matters.)

Don't recall if tried Chrome or not...but it does say isn't IE-specific that thought perhaps might be an issue...I know I've had no success w/ Firefox; gave it up after last time ended up locked out and had to have TMW reset again so not going there again meself... :)

Which password and which website are you talking of? I guess it is Mathworks.com? What does the error message tells you exactly? Perhaps the email address is wrong or there are other determistic reasons for rejecting the password. How could we guess the details and suggest an improvement?!
