by which command a figure of 3 parametrs can be obtain

I have 3 parameters.time,height and temperature.I want to get a 2D figure having time on x-axis height on y-axis and temperature in between x and y axis.noted that in my case Temperature depends on time and height.

Depending on what form your data takes:

plot3(time, height, temperature)

or possibly

surf(time, height, temperature, 'edgecolor', 'none')

or possibly

F = TriScatteredInterp(time, height, temperature);
[X,Y] = ndgrid(time, height);
